The delivery was a little delayed from when the driver called in an ETA (sort of expected that for Mother's Day) - I called the shop, the gentleman was very nice and had the driver reach out to me for an update, and the driver was also very nice and apologetic for the delay.
The flowers were high quality and my mom was happy to have them (and happy that a couple more are starting to bloom now). The only minor note is that the picture has a number of colorful roses, and what I received had a few white roses instead. Granted, I didn't order the Premium bundle and there is a caveat up front that it may not match exactly, so it wasn't anything I'm upset about...just a heads up if you're expecting an exact match.
